Barn Owl has a large open plan living space, with a well equipped kitchen and dining area and en-suite bathroom. It is double glazed and has underfloor heating powered by an air sourced heat pump and electricity supplied from solar panels. Barn Owl provides comfort with space and luxury. Friars Oven Farm is situated in a peaceful location with stunning views, amazing sunsets and twinkling night skies. If you wish to chill and recharge we are the ideal location. We are close to Wells and Glastonbury for culture and shopping and to many places for walking as well as footpaths in our fields.

We provide you with the essentials to ensure you have a pleasant, relaxing stay including bed linen and towels.

Barn Owl is well equipped with a TV with DVD Player, range cooker, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and all the equipment you need.

Barn Owl is an open plan studio with a king size bed in its own screened area plus two additional futon beds. The studio has been created to provide a combination of stylish modern with a hint of the past. It has been fitted and equipped to a high standard to provide our guests with all they require for a memorable relaxing stay. The studio also has a wood burning stove.

We provide you with free wifi during your stay.

There is a small fire pit that you can also barbecue on outside your studio, just bring food, charcoal and wine!
